They first met along the shore of a Rotorua lake as Jane put away her kayak and Mans  walked by.  They gave each other a casual greeting and continued on their way.  Unbeknown to them at the time, they had both recently moved to the city of Rotorua in New Zealand, from England, and this wasn’t the last time they would set eyes on each other.

A short while later a mutual flatmate formally introduced them to each other and an invitation was given for a bike ride around the Lake, which was happily accepted.  It was during this bike ride a spark ignited and their relationship began.

When it came to their wedding day, Mansour and Jane were looking for a location that expressed their love for New Zealand and its natural beauty.  In their search they came across New Zealand Wedding Packages and the Abel Tasman National Park wedding package.  Wanting an intimate, no-fuss wedding, with a few treasured family and friends, the package provided everything they were looking for and they made their booking!

Mansour says “It was an excellent experience dealing with New Zealand Wedding Packages. From the first email you responded the fastest and never put a foot wrong it was very inspirational to have someone respect us and work in such a professional manner.”

Kimberly, Mansour and Jane’s planner, set to work organising all the details for the day and organising the various vendors and services.

When the day came, Hair and Make-Up artists joined Jane at her accommodation to help her and her bridesmaid get ready.  The Groom, Best Man and guests congregated at Kaiteriteri beach and after Jane arrived (looking absolutely amazing), everyone boarded the boat and headed out to Adele Island for the ceremony.  Photographer Virginia Woolf captured the experience as they made their way onto the beautiful golden sand beach on Adele Island and their celebrant Ron Schepers, conducted the personal and intimate ceremony, happily pronouncing them husband and wife.

Unfortunately the windy weather meant the party wasn’t able to have their meal on the boat and alternative arrangements were made for everyone to travel to Melrose House in Nelson for the reception.

Mansour says “It came together so well, New Zealand Wedding Packages brought every aspect in under one roof so to speak, and fulfilled our expectations and more. We couldn’t be happier the guests were also very pleased with everything from the service itself to the food and reception, one of the guests also commented on your great turn out and presence.”

Everyone had a fantastic day and some very special memories were created!
